Introduction:


Infinity 11 Limited is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders. This Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy document outlines the framework for managing health and safety in our activities and ensuring compliance with all applicable OHS laws and regulations in New Zealand.


Policy Statement:


Our company is committed to maintaining the highest possible standards of health and safety in all our activities. We recognize that OHS is a shared responsibility between our company and those who work for and with us. Therefore, we will strive to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions for all employees, contractors, and visitors.


Objectives:


Our objectives are to:


1. Comply with all applicable OHS laws and regulations in New Zealand.


2. Identify and assess all potential OHS hazards and risks and implement appropriate control measures to eliminate or minimize those hazards and risks.


3. Provide appropriate training, information, and supervision to employees, contractors, and visitors to enable them to work safely.


4. Ensure that all incidents, injuries, and illnesses are reported, investigated, and analyzed to prevent recurrence.


5. Continuously improve our OHS performance through monitoring, auditing, and reviewing our OHS management system.


Responsibilities:


Management:


The management of Infinity 11 Limited is responsible for:


1. Providing adequate resources for the implementation and maintenance of the OHS management system.


2. Leading and promoting a culture of safety and health in the workplace.


3. Ensuring that all incidents, injuries, and illnesses are reported, investigated, and analyzed to prevent recurrence.


4. Ensuring that all employees, contractors, and visitors receive appropriate training, information, and supervision to work safely.


Employees and Contractors:


All employees and contractors are responsible for:


1. Working in a safe and healthy manner, and complying with this OHS Policy document and all OHS laws and regulations in New Zealand.


2. Reporting all incidents, injuries, and illnesses immediately to their supervisor or manager.


3. Participating in OHS training, information, and supervision provided by Infinity 11 Limited.


4. Cooperating with the company to identify and assess OHS hazards and risks and implement appropriate control measures.


Subcontractors:


Infinity 11 Limited will ensure that all subcontractors are aware of this OHS Policy document and comply with all OHS laws and regulations applicable to their work. Subcontractors will be required to provide evidence of their OHS management system and their compliance with relevant OHS laws and regulations.


Hazards and Risk Management:


Infinity 11 Limited will identify and assess all potential OHS hazards and risks associated with our activities. We will implement appropriate control measures to eliminate or minimize the identified hazards and risks. We will also ensure that all personal protective equipment (PPE) required for work activities is provided and maintained appropriately.


Training and Information:


Infinity 11 Limited will provide appropriate training and information to all employees, contractors, and visitors to enable them to work safely. The training and information will include:


1. Induction training for all employees and contractors.


2. Task-specific training for all work activities.


3. Regular OHS training and refresher training.


Emergency Preparedness and Response:


Infinity 11 Limited will establish and maintain emergency preparedness and response plans to deal with potential emergencies that may arise in the workplace. All employees and contractors will be trained in emergency response procedures and will participate in regular emergency drills.


Reporting and Investigation of Incidents:


All incidents, injuries, and illnesses that occur in the workplace must be reported immediately to the supervisor or manager. Infinity 11 Limited will investigate all incidents, injuries, and illnesses to determine their cause and implement appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.


Monitoring and Review:


Infinity 11 Limited will continuously monitor and review our OHS management system to ensure its effectiveness.
